I try to get a happy medium across the table and the stove as the frame is not level with the floor and the counters aren't level with the floor. Once you find where you like it inside, attach the "stick on" levels mentioned above and you're golden in the future.

I just use the iPhone app that comes with the phone. I take it out of the case and place it on the floor. I did finally tape on of those bubble levels on the front panel on my 5th wheel, and no, they DONT freeze in the north. My previous trailer I had leveled with the phone then attached the bubble levels, but needed two people to level it. On my 5th it has auto level, so I only need the one level that I stuck on the drivers side so I can check side to side before unhooking.

LevelMatePRO. Hands down the best and easiest system I have found for leveling outside of auto levelers.
