Levelmate pro app

Looking for anyone who has a levelmate pro.

What do you think of it?
Does it work as well as advertised?
what kind of range does it have? can you use it in the cab of the truck?

Where did you get it and in the big picture would you buy it again?

Levelmate pro app

I got my LevelMatePRO in 2018 for my first camper (21FBRS). I initially mounted it at the forward part of the camper by the bed and it worked fine. I relocated it to the rear of the camper just inside the entry door so I didn’t have to climb up on the bed to switch it on after it goes to sleep. It continued to work flawlessly from the driver’s seat in my F150.

I removed it and transferred it when I traded up to a 2205S, and it remains one of my better upgrades. Combining it with the Andersen levelers makes setting up a breeze!

I just saw that the app now supports the Apple Watch and I am looking forward to seeing that work. I would absolutely buy it again! I think I got mine from Amazon.

(Edit) I just saw that the Watch app only works with the LevelMatePRO + which is $30 more than the original and it also includes an external power capability. I am now considering an upgrade to the +.

I haven’t had any problem with the Bluetooth connection but that’s the only thing good about it. Mine is worthless and support is non-existent. I calibrate the unit and all the positions show “0”. Let it sit for 15 minutes and two or more of the positions will show as much as one inch or more out of level. Come back two hours later and all the displays will have changed again. I even set it on a concrete floor, recalibrated and then got the same results.

More wasted money.

I love the system. Yes it works from cab of tv, I use mine with Anderson levelers. This combo works awesome. I stop were needed wife chucks them up, I get out unhook and finish set up.
I could not be more happy, unless I had full auto level camper!!!!
That said I find it worth every penny.

We have used ours for four years with no problems. I really like the left/right level as I can see it while in the truck.
Bottom line for us is it beats using a bubble level.

We have had it in 2 units now and it has always worked very well. It does tend to go thru battery's quite quickly so glad to hear that they now offer an external power option! defiantly would recommend.

I've only had to replace the battery once a year.

Same here. But I just ordered the + primarily for the Apple Watch support. The external power capability is an added plus that I’ll take advantage of after a bit.

We have one in our 21FBRS for 8 months. It works great , no issues of any kind. Stays true with a bubble level, but much easier to use. I mounted it on the divider inside the passenger side forward compartment. Wife turns it on when we start to back up so I can check initial level once I am backed in. Then we true up with the red Anderson’s. Sometimes those are a challenge on this trailer because the wheels are so close. I have been able to get within .25 of level in every site we have camped in. This weekend I saw the passenger side was 5.5” low, so I pulled up a bit and started at 3.5 low instead. I use this tool every time we camp, and highly recommend it. If someone is having issues, they must have a bad unit, because mine works exactly as expected.

We have had ours for several years. Works well. When you install make sure trailer is level and than install unit level & it will work fine. Mine is mounted half way back in the trailer. I have a Chevy Silverado crew cab with 6 1/2 bed. No problems connecting. I use it with Andersen levels and works great. Just make sure phone is set to stay on long enough to get it leveled before the phone shuts off. I'm glad my unit has the on/off switch which is the newer model. Been very happy with it.
