Many feel the the same. There are a lot of nice 10 years and more out there. Should be up to the discretion of the host/owner/management.

Thanks for rotating my pics. I just couldn't edit them! So frustrating!
I was standing in my front garden about 15 feet away from the "gypsy beach camper". The wood door was in good view. It wasn't bifold doors. But, it was unique!!

My next door neighbor (yard sale today) have a very vintage c. 1970 TT. They exclusively beach camp here in So. CA with their 2 sons. Hey, their trailer isn't beautiful, but the owners are wonderful people. They don't even bring their dogs because I help check in on them at home. The 10 year rule is probably for private parks. I personally don't think it guarantees clasdy people, just newer RVs.

I better not ever get asked that. If I ever do, my answer is "Well, how old is your campground?"...........

My mom and dad had that same trailer, it had a plaque on the back that said "your following an aristocrat" Our tow vehicle was a '49 studabaker PU, lol. That brings back some memories!
