I am looking at a 2011 Berkshire 390bh with 46,000 miles on it. It is a bank repo being sold by a dealer. I am a fist time MH buyer. It has the 360 diesel.
Are there any known issues that I need to look for?
Miles seem high for the year. Any way of knowing if it has had its scheduled services? Is there any manufacturers warranty still left?
I know little about MHs but a 2011 unit could had been sold in early 2010. As you read more on the forums you will see that many members already have 2015 units that started coming out around March or so.

It's also common for people that are retired to more traveling which puts mileage on.
Also recommend getting an used RV inspected prior to buying. Don't depend on the seller to share information.
