Looking for undermount tool box options
Good Morning,
I have a 2019 TS 251ssxl toy hauler. We carry a single motorcycle of about 750 pounds and tow with a 2018 F150 3.5 EB with Max Tow package.
I have been looking for metal or possibly plastic tool boxes that I can mount under the body next to the frame rails. They would be supported by the frame rails. I would like to store tools and smaller but heavy items behind the twin axles. The reason is to help reduce tongue weight and not take away from the truck payload. I have lots of payload capacity in the trailer.
Anything I have found so far starts at $500 each and goes up quickly. I figure I could mount 3 of these if I could find something suitable. Let me know if you have come up with a solution. Thanks.
