First stop, check the fuse panel. Many panels have an LED that turns on when the fuse is blown.

Not this panel. Your fuse/circuit breaker panel. If a fuse is blown there may be a small red led lit. That means you need a new fuse in that location.

You have the older style. If you have a multi volt meter, you can check your fuses by probing either side of your fuses at those shiny round metal places on the ends of each side of the fuse. Should have 12 volts on each side, if not that fuse is bad.

Since you have multiple failures check to see if these items share a common ground.

Just having + 13 volts is one thing but it has to be able to flow back to the battery before anything works.

My water pump has an in line fuse on the red wire close to the pump. You might check to see if you have one there also.

Update
The fridge work fine on propane
The water heather also work fine
Just remember if heater was use on 120 and then you decide to switch to propane it will not kick in water to hot for propane to start until you run the hot water
GO FIGURE
Has for the pump well will have to try the hammer method
Lol

I am still learning: I had the same problem and couldn't figure out what was going on until I checked the battery which was listed as E (as soon as I got home)when I was plugged into 30amp. I checked all fuses and breakers. Evidently in my rig, you need battery power in order to use propane. It turned out the battery switch was off and I didn't realize. As soon as I turned it on and recharged the batteries, everything worked. Evidently, it is not just the fridge, minor lights, slides but also the water pump to flush the toilet. Go figure!

Your RV has more things powered by 12v DC battery power, than 120v AC power.
So even though you're plugged into shore power, your rig may require a battery being connected, to power the 12v things.
