Low Clearance POI map & RAM UConnect NAV

Has any used the "Low Clearance POI" (from lowclearances.com) app on the RAM truck UConnect NAV system? If so, how hard was it to install and is it just integrated in to the normal NAV system?

A buddy tried it and couldn't get it to load.

Just a tip...

I wouldn't automatically trust any program for clearance measurement.
I drove semi trucks (13'6") for 5 years.
I suggest to measure your overall height, including any extras on the roof. Make sure you measure less than 13'6", with normal load, including fuel and water if you haul it.
Put a sticker in front of the driver's position for reference.
Watch for low clearance signs - they have to be posted if an obstacle is less than 15'. When highways are replaced, they don't always remember to change the signs. Some underpasses or tunnels in a round shape are lower in the slow lane, watch for signs. Some underpasses are level while the road is inclined so you might get in but not get out.
Cities like Chicago have all kinds of low clearances due to the low railroads. They can be as low as 11'6"!
In Canada 13'6" translates to 4.15Meters.
There are also signs warning of a low clearance ahead several miles - don't take that road!
RVs, MHs, 5ers require driving with a three dimensional viewpoint!

Thanks for the feedback. I always watch the signs. Just looking for a tool that can warn me more than a mile or two ahead so I can rerouted without backtracking much. If it worked with the RAM uConnects navigation it would be a good addition to the navigation we use already.
