Mattress size?

I’d like to change the mattress in our new RV. Can I just buy a regular queen? What about the pull out couches?

If you could give us the make and model of the rig, it would help a lot.

Measure your queen mattress. Some of them are 'short queen'. You can replace it with a regular mattress of the correct size. They even make Sleep Number beds that fit.
The only problem might be if you have a 'fold up' mattress in a slide.

What do you plan to do with the pull out couches?

According to their first post, they have a 2018 Salem 28RLLS. Unfortunately they didn't put the model number in their profile.

Three campers ago, the mattress was terrible ! We went to a local mattress factory (Verlo), selected a mattress, gave them the exact size, and it was one of the best investments we have ever made. Yeah, it was expensive, but well worth it. When we buy a new camper, we make the Salesperson put in writing that they will transfer the mattress from our old camper to the new one.
