Memorial Day Camping Trip Gremlins

We had a great time camping this past Memorial Day, we got in 5 days of camping. Had a few Gremlins though...First, it was our first trip with the fresh water full. I noticed a little sway on the trip. When we got there, one of the sway bars had come loose but was still intact. Then the hitch lock was missing, all that was there was the shaft. During the weekend, one of the kids next to us said he heard music from just one speaker outside. When I checked it out, a wire had come loose behind the stereo, and was a easy fix. We camped at a church camp which opens up so you can camp by the lake. Guess what, we got the camper in and got stuck. Had to push the truck out, and at the end of the weekend, had to tow the camper out with a tractor. It was not the first time they had to do this with all the rain we have had here. I feel blessed that nothing other than the hitch lock was gone, and everything turned out great. We had great weather. Just a few Gremlin's that needed to go away....

First trip of the season is always interesting. Tree jumped out in the road and ripped my roof and destroyed my awning. Toilet leaking at floor seal. TV was another story. New HD DVR made it hard to watch any programming the first time. Not to mention the day/night shade cord that decided to break.
