Memphis,TN camp grounds....

I plan on traveling to Memphis this summer to visit my buddy that works for Memphis Fire Dept. Does anyone know of some good camp grounds down there for us to stay at? I plan on going to Gatlinburg first then from there go to Memphis. Thanks

We stayed at one last year. It was just across the river and north on 55. I think it was Jericho AR not sure. I do remember that KOA had just taken it over. It was ok,we were just passing through. Good luck. Tim

Back in september we stayed in millington at the Navy support facility
i dont know if your eligible to stay on base but the one near the commissary is great, full hookups and wireless internet

plus its SECURE no unwanted odd balls walking through
