Metal RV covers

I'm thinking about a cover for my fifth wheel and found the following site.

https://www.alansfactoryoutlet.com/rv-carport

An 18X31X12 high is only $1966 delivered and installed. I thought about 12 wide but would probably not be able to open slide. My local lumber yard quoted me $6000 for material only. That was wood frame with metal roof and 14' wide.

Wondering what your opinions are?

We were going to get an Alan's Outlet building down at the cabin as it was a good price. Ended up going with a local guy cause he could do it sooner and Alan's was about 3 months out. They look like a good company and pretty decent ratings from people that have them. Sounds like they ship the stuff and hire local contractors to put it up.

Make sure the 12' height is at the sides and not the center peak. You still have to put it together on your site. I would also check a local company to compare a similar unit installed price, then decide.

From my understanding dealing with them. The price included assembly by local contractors that "They" hire. You don't have to put it up yourself.
