Mice

We need to mouse proof our trailer before using it. We initially put out four sticky traps and got five mice! Since then, we have gotten a couple more.

I guess I'm looking for suggestions as to where to look for openings that mice could squeeze through. Living rural, I'm used to mice and know they can get through a hole as small as a pencil diameter.

Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated. We did find one sizable opening below the linen closet across from the bathroom. Mice are also getting in the drawer for the outdoor kitchen, so we need to figure that out, too.

Look for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC vents. If there is a sink, there is likely a hole in the floor. Open every cabinet, every access panel, etc.

You probably need to make certain that the mice are out of the trailer before you seal up any holes with stainless steel wool. You should be able to lure them out with peanut butter. The sticky traps are good for inside, but it's not going to get them out of the trailer.
