I have a micro/convection oven in RV. Can I use a aluminum pan on bake setting? Ty

In convection mode yes. We do it all the time when using the micro/convec at home.

Yes , aluminum or steel pans are ok in the bake mode. We love our micro/convect. We even got rid of our regular home oven and just ave a large under counter micro / convect. Put in a cook top and added a lot of cupboard space where the stove used to be.
