I'm sorry, but your list is deficient in so many ways. For example Midway RV Park in Millington, TN is a very nice park! We spent 7nights there! Rates are more than double what you suggest they are. You left out Kirtland AFB, NM. Along with many others.
Here's a much more useful guide to military campgrounds throughout the US!

A very nice campground! We spent a weekend in one of their 3br quarters. This fall we'll be spending a week in their rv sites!

They have just redone 8 more sites plus installed all the hookups on one side

My post is lacking because I did not call all 200+ mwr facilities. For my purposes I called and asked the rate for active, reserve, guard and DAV

Millington for my rate of DAV is in fact the rate I quoted I just called them back.

I provided this as a courtesy not as an argument. Feel free to duplicate my calls for summer rates. That is why you see different rates for military. Have a good day and god bless

In some cases yes. Along with seniors and based upon rank. Many bases use rank as to what you pay. Many bases use National Park access passes also which I tried to indicate.

Point being these are all up to date and to lay it out for you I am fighting Ft. McCoy WI rates and have proven they are one of the most expensive CG's MWR wise in the united states where they should not be. Now it has been escalated to the IG in DC as this CG has a estimated 80% civilian use and is un affordable from and E6 over 6 to afford.

At no base does a DAV get a rate cheaper than E-6 or below as it may be based on rank and pay or one rate for civilian or military. That is why I show either 1 rate which is for all and then weekly, bi weekly or monthly/ So at Benning for example if you retired E-7 or higher your paying more than an E-6 but less than an E7-E-9 then it is O-1-3 and scaled again.

Either way these are the current spring/summer rates at the posts shown.

NO! Not at all!! What we do have is a higher priority in getting a reservation! That is if that CG accepts reservations. Where we get a discount is in the national park systems. We 100% Disabled Veterans qualify for free lifetime passes to them and lower costs for entry.

Look what I just found for Ft Mc Coy!
Campground Information

Rates vary depending on season. Lowest rates are for military in the "off" season (Oct 15 - Apr 15). Higher rates are for civilians in the "high" season (Apr 16 - Oct 14). 2 night minimum stay on weekends. Rates for cabins based on type of accommodation, season, and military or civilian.

Not me![emoji16]
But, last year I spent 3 weeks in military campgrounds, including Anniston Army Depot AL, Midway RV Park-- Millington, TN (twice), ALTUS Afb OK, Kirtland Afb NM, (twice) Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs CO, Offut Afb NE, Lake of the Ozarks Mo (National Park) run by Ft Leonardwood MWR, and finally Points West Army Resort just north of Augusta, GA.
Also spent 3 nights in the Grand Canyon RV Park, worth every penny we paid!!!

Actually not really. If it is a training base for things like winter survival (here at McCoy) Jump School/infantry (Benning), MP School Leonard Wood etc etc.

They all allow civilian usage but the rates are higher. They allow it so families can come see their family member graduate and share in this joy.

Yes Joint base Andrews is a very nice base. If you have firearms you (Must declare them and turn them over to the Military police for your entire stay)

People think they can lie and some try. You will have working dogs walk around your RV nearly daily if not every day. I had to sleep so I might have missed some.

This is where the President flies often from so they play no games.

You sign a declaration upon entry that you will forfeit all property on base if caught with restricted items. This goes for some Nuclear bases as well.

But I loved staying it was a hard few days for me though as I am both a retied MP and Federal cop and not having my sidearm bothered the he!! out of me.

I believe "civilian" refers to DOD Civilians, not the general public.

Like me. I'm a civilian contractor working on Vandenberg AFB for the Air Force. I could come and camp, but I can't vouch my family on.

At McCoy it means the general public. Which is why I began my study as IMHO they are not meeting the MWR needs. This is one of the most expensive military campgrounds in the United states. There are a few which are more but you are on an exclusive area generally on the ocean.

I filed a complaint with the US Army MWR director in DC and quite a few employees here agree with me. Winter rates are awesome at $360 a month full hookups and small perks.
