Missing rear electric jacks

I recently purchased a 2015 FR Silverback 29IK with BOTH the Explorer Package upgrade, AND the 6 Point level system. FR is refusing to install the rear jacks unless I pay (again) for them to be delivered to a dealer for the install.

this has been discussed before in this forum, and I would like to know how to open a new conversation on this to see how others have resolved this.

Thanks!

For your sake I hope I'm wrong.
If you look at the FR Brochure You'll notice that Electric Rear Jacks are NOT listed as being included in the Explorer Package. Because of that I'm thinking your not going to get very far.

When I purchased my 2013 Cedar Creek 36CKTS the brochure stated the jacks were include in the Explorer Package.

After talking with FR as to why they were not on my trailer I was told that their computer deletes the jacks automatically when 6 point level up system option is chosen. Their answer was that the jacks are not needed with the 6 point level up system.

My argument was I paid for both packages and should have received everything listed in those packages.

I came to a resolution with FR and now have the electric jacks 36CKTS.

Arrow Still working this-

C.B., thanks for the input. I have had some luck today as my dealership seems to be seeing things my way. I was also able to obtain the VIN specific build sheet for our unit and it specifcially lists the Explorer Package (which does include the rear jacks in the publications I have seen), the six point level system (which is very nice), AND listed separate and priced at $327.00 are the rear electric jacks. They are on the build sheet with my dealer tells me is likened to the window sticker on a new car listing all of the stuff specific to that vehicle.

I just don't think FR is playing fair here considering the actual necessity for the rear stabilizers. Anyway, we will see how things go. Thank you for the input Sir! I wanted to start this thread to make sure others are at least aware of the issue if planning to buy a FR product.

We shall see! Later
