Monitor and backup cam

I have a 2016 Concord and bought it as left over in Jan 17.
My problems have been a few. My biggest is the monitor The glare from the cab is so intense as I try to back up I can’t see the screen. Even driving I can’t see the navigation screen.
I’ve tried to adjust to be able to see. Backing up or even when turn signal is on the screen in not able to focus.
Just talked with RV shop they said they can’t ajust it it’s the way it’s in the front dash.
Have any of you had the problem. I’m sure I can’t be the only one.
Please help.

Only problem I've had is backing up at night. The monitor is not very visible.
