My First MH Purchase Revisited
We purchased our Georgetown 270S April of 2017.
(previously owned a 17' Trailer for 30+ years)
Now 20K miles down the road including a 10K cross country, we are still satisied with our purchase. After many hours studying and many visits to dealers we focused on this model as the best price/floor plan/features for us in an under 30' MH.
The unit was new, however we have come to realize it had been around for a while and probably used by the dealer at shows.
Three tell tails that we missed during inspection and negotiations:
70 hours on the generator
Tires manufacturing date "4715" means November 2015
After purchase, washed floor twice to get clean.
