My Husky Centerline TS weight distribution hitch with spring barts.

My new Husky hitch loudly moans and groans a lot when we move. Is this normal? Can I add a Delrin pad (or something similar) to the contact point on the spring bars to reduce friction and reduce this annoying sound? Thanks.

If the spring bars are part of the anti sway system for the hitch No.

I had to grease mine where the bar goes into the hitch. Mines a reese and it has a grease nipple on both sides. I got used a dab and never made a noise since. Mine was loud. To the point of embarrassing! I use a friction anti sway on mine it does NOT!!! get greased in fact i keep it wrapped up so nothing spills or sprays on it.
