need some help

I must be using the wrong words in the search box to find info on how to check if my dealer has ordered the parts I need from FR. So far all I have come up with is ordering new.

My goal is to get the number to call FR or an email addy for FR that I can check and see if the parts have actually been ordered or the correct sequence of words to get the info off the site. I questioned the dealer about a time and was told they have no ETA from FR for the parts. With winter fast approaching and a 350 mile one way drive to the dealer I sort of want to get a time frame.
