Never Forget But Time to Camp

Well as many know we lost my Father In Law a week ago today.

He and Mother In Law always loved camping and went with us often locally and she wants to camp! They actually came over all the time and would not stay in the house they wanted to camp in the yard, LOL.

We are getting back to normal for a bit and taking "Mom" camping the weekend of 10/20 They always loved the lake and here we come if the weather is good.

Good for you Mike.

Get the family out, set around a fire, and talk about dad.

I imagine it will be bitter-sweet for you all, but the best way to honour your wife's dad is to cherish the things he enjoyed, and the best way to comfort her mom is to give her the opportunity to continue to do the things she and he loved.

Thanks all.

Was 1 week ago tonight and one reason I am on tonight. to enjoy and remember the good times

Called sister in law (wifes sister) as they have a 27 foot mallard and they are now going also. wifes aunt and uncle even coming for dinner at the lake that night.

Good times and family support

sorry to hear abuout your loss

i to subscribe to the move on and do things we all liked to do together, it sure makes the healing process a bit easier to cope with.
