I would check for these things, but remember, the dealer had only sent the trailer home with the wrong people the previous week. I know some people can trash something new pretty quickly, but a week?

The dealership had 2 on their lot. One vin number ended in "24" the other ended in "42". We purchased "42". When they went to prep the other TT they accidentally pulled "42". The other owner has now towed it ~250 miles to their home and state that they haven't done anything and it's just been sitting in their driveway. The dealer is planning on going out there to pick it up and return it to their facility and then hand it over to us.

I'm just not sure how to feel about that. I feel like I am now getting a used trailer. Am I over-reacting? What would you do?
@PAcamper29 How is everything going? Have you decided how you will handle this unfortunate situation? I am frustrated on your behalf and eager to hear how this is resolved.

Facts not in evidence. We don't KNOW that either camper has actually been registered.

Hey - that sounded good. Hire me if you need a lawyer (grin)

If none of the paperwork has been submitted to DMV, just have the dealership fix the paperwork and take the one in stock. That's what I would do.

I think the OP has most likely worked out what they are doing since the OP has not posted on this or any other thread since the day he posted this. The OP has not even logged in to FRF since January 11th.

Wow, I love the Alpha Wolf's! I have a Wolf Pup and love it and would like to one day go up to the Alpha.
Like some have already said, I probably wouldn't worry much about it just make sure you check it over inch by inch, and make the dealer compensate you some extras. Don't ask for out of the world stuff just be fair. It was careless of them but mistakes do happen.
Good Luck!

If the camper was from Camping World, consider yourself lucky and get your money back!
