I would check for these things, but remember, the dealer had only sent the trailer home with the wrong people the previous week. I know some people can trash something new pretty quickly, but a week?

If none of the paperwork has been submitted to DMV, just have the dealership fix the paperwork and take the one in stock. That's what I would do.

Wow, I love the Alpha Wolf's! I have a Wolf Pup and love it and would like to one day go up to the Alpha.
Like some have already said, I probably wouldn't worry much about it just make sure you check it over inch by inch, and make the dealer compensate you some extras. Don't ask for out of the world stuff just be fair. It was careless of them but mistakes do happen.
