Picking up our new 2104S on Tuesday and have a couple of questions. Inorder to get any "Coach net" info I have to call coach net (per the dealer)for owners guide or any info.True? Am I to receive a copy of the customer delivery and warranty form/dealer pdi form. We have already done the dpi but have not signed these forms. Also signed up for the additional 1 year coverage but got nothing from my dealer. This is our first rv and am not use to what is right and what is not.

Welcome and I had the very same questions last February when I got a new
V-Cross fiver. I called them, Coachnet, and they told me that when the selling dealer sends them the paper work, they will contact you with the membership card ect. That is what happend but it took about one month. Good Luck

I called Coachnet this am. They told me the same but they did give me the 24 hr emergency number. Thanks for your reply

For the additional one year warranty, I had to send form in to Forest River and pay $150.00. I received a reply back from them one month later acknowledging receipt of payment. Check with your dealer to see if they send it in as part of your purchase. Attached.
