Newcomer Advise

We are trying to choose between two campers and wanted to get some opinions from 5er owners...a Keystone Avalanche 360BH or a FR Sandpiper 365SAQ...we love the layout of the Avalanche and the Sandpiper but not sure of the difference in quality...I find it hard to get unbiased opinions from the dealers as they all want to sell you their camper...Would love some advise.

I can not speak to the campers you have picked out, but I have owned a Keystone Raptor and a Forest River Windjammer.

In all honesty there are good and bad with both. The appliances were from the same manufactures so really no difference there. They both came new with China May Blow tires and I did have a blow out in the Keystone after 1 year. I also had a de-lamination problem in the Keystone after 4 years. I found construction quality to be about the same, so really, I think both companies make average quality RV's for the industry.

I would buy another Keystone and I would buy another Forest River camper.

Welcome to the forum! Hopefully some Sandpiper/Sierra 365SAQ owners that looked at similar floorplans from other manufacturers can relate their experience and reasons that they chose the 365SAQ.

Where's the beach in WV?
