It's a real word now that you published it on the internet!

I'd like to think this post was just a friendly conversation among buddies but It's called envy and they are jealous of what you have. To make themselves feel better about them they have to bring others down. We've allowed the "haters" a seat at the table for to long. I for one have never let them define who or what I do.

As Jack Nicholson' s character Col. Jessup said on the stand in "A Few Good Men" - If you've unhappy with the blanket of freedom I provide; then pick up a weapon and man a post!!

And just so we're clear - I don't care what you think of me or what I do!
Now that is hilarious!

Do y'all agree?

I wouldn't really call any of it camping or glancing. Just getting away , and the ones that get get the full hookup spots smart for reserving in advance. Otherwise it's just getting away from the primary residence and from my annoying neighbors. 🤣🤣

I would probably add police officers, fire fighters and other rescue personnel to that list.

I’m going CAMPING tomorrow in my motorhome with 3 TVs and electric hookup and you can’t do anything about it!
If you use the word “glamping” I’m just going to assume you are a metrosexual with a man bun.

When our friends ask my wife "why do you want to pack up, drag to the lake, and stay in such a smaller space" (you know - to do whatever you really smart people tell us to call it), she says, "when we're at the lake, I don't have to map and he doesn't have to mow."

Agreed!!
First you have to value their opinion before even caring what they call it.

Honestly, I could care less what my co-workers say about camping! Maybe they envy you having an RV and being able to "camp"!

My friend's mother saw my camper and heard some of the stories I've told about trips I've taken. She then told me she was looking into getting a camper of her own until I told her about having to empty the black tank.

She doesn't want a camper any more.

I don't know why, but as long as I'm not in a rush and weather does not suck, I kind of enjoy dumping the tanks! It's craptastic!

Thanks to my fellow Service Members. Any civilian camping sure beats any "camping" we've done in the service.

Yea, it's even more fun if you have one of those clear fittings to watch it go out.
