in the one picture you can really see how well feed he is

Ok i may be stupid, but what is it exactly??? The 3rd pic kinda looks like an eagle other two kinda looks like a hawk of some kind any way we dont have them or many of them in Indiana or at least where i live

we have bald eagles here, but this guy has been hanging out alot now
