Is it available with a receiver hitch on the back so I can tow my 30' pontoon boat?

OH, Guess it wouldn't work. I have a short bed Ford Ranger 3.0 automatic with the 5th wheel hitch mounted on the roof of the cab for weight distribution purposes.
