You may be surprised to learn the size of the wire feeding 12VDC from the tow vehicle is too small to be of much use. Unless you replace it with a much larger gauge wire, it certainly isn't enough to run a refrigerator.
If you try, you may find your trailer battery is dead when you get to your destination because the refrigerator drew more current than the TV could supply. The battery supplied the rest, while it could, and died.
While 12V refrigerators have been coming in boats for years, the RV industry has adopted then only recently. They don't have the bugs worked out. Many people have problems and service is not great.
Search for related topics on this forum. There are many.
If you do get a 12V compressor refrigerator, don't get a Furrion. Judging from correspondence here, their record of reliability is poor. Service is worse.
