Glad i left the Nichols Hills area just before 5 and headed home. It was drizzling and wilshire and i35 to the turner turnpike were still pretty good then. i44 east was dry at that time.
Bad deal for a lot of people though.

We were going to Amarillo to hunt this weekend and canceled a few days ago because it's going to be 5 degrees with a 25+ mph wind Saturday.

I remember those storms from when I lived there a long time ago. Stay safe!

Weather in OK

Thanks for the OK weather update. We were headed for OKC today, but we are now going through Arkansas to Texas.

Be aware the front is supposed to hit DFW Saturday afternoon and lows Saturday night should be about 20 degrees.

Yeah the best laugh I had in a while was when MA and NH guys were cranking their trucks at a safety meeting. Tell we're telling of -40 but 25 with humidity canceled the meeting about halfway through.

This was October 18 a couple years back. It's was spitting snow outside of colebrook NH. Not sure if we had long johns on but in the other pictures just a hoodie. Till the north gets in the teens I would take it over the cold in the south. Just me.

Ya I don't miss it either as I lived in Wichita and traveled there quite often. I remember back when they had guys in the back of dump truck shoveling out sand and ciders. Later RJD
