Onecontrol fails again

Oh the joys of rv travel. Pulled into Bluff Utah outside temp is 97 rv inside 90 . This excellent POS Lippert One control touch panel is showing our LR ac grayed out, so can't access it. Thankfully the BR is blowing good and I bought a portable ac as back up from Sam's club in Sante Fe and it's pulled the LR down to 82 so far. I sure wish they still used mechanical rocker switches and regular thermostats instead of all these electronic controls. Lippert is NO help their canned reply is take it to a dealer for trouble shooting and then wait days for the part to arrive. This happened with our furnace in south Texas this winter when it was 17F overnight and NO one had a replacement electronic themostat control. I've read enough about folks having this same issue, that Lippert has to have a good idea of what the issue is. We now return to our regularly scheduled programming.... Vent mode off 😄 On the bright side, the scenery from the highway was beautiful today. Tomorrow we will be at Capitol reef national park and then Bryce Canyon NP😊

We have 2 folks in our travel group with One Control and very few mechanical switches in their RVs. They have become very good at rebooting the panel and the router which fixes most of their problems

Amen. Glad mine came with tried and true controls. So frustrating when this fancy stuff stops working.

Thankfully my unit has both the One Control Panel and the wall switches. I have liked the one control so far. DW and I traded for this new unit in January and we have taken 5 trips to date.

Our One Control, gets stuck In the travel lockout mode and we have to reboot every trip otherwise it’s ungodly slow. Would kill to have the old style back, much prefer switch’s
