Ordering Direct from FR
I'm wondering if there is a way to order parts & accessories directly from Forest Fiver, or am I forced to go to an RV dealer to place the order?

I tried to buy the fender flare for my Crusader but they would not sell them directly to me. Gave me the part time and advised could be purchase thru any Forest River dealer.

Just the same if wanting to buy a RV from the factory instead of a dealer - it can't be done.

I just got 2 sets of glide strips from FR parts. I called FR/ Rockwood parts and they sent them to me. I have never had a problem getting anything from them. Are you calling the right div. and people, I'll attach a list with the Phone #'s. Got 4 glide strips for 46.00, I have also ordered decals from them that I scratched. Never ever had a problem. all sent by UPS and they took my credit card for payment.

I've bought a few items direct from Forest River. They came through for me when local businesses couldn't. I paid dearly for the shipping, but at least I got the parts!
Like gljurczyk says, just give them your credit card # and they do the rest. They were very nice and super helpful & never once questioned my need to buy direct from them.

Forgot to say that S&H is like twice of anywhere, but you do get them. When I bought a decal it was like 7.00 for the decal and 20.00 for S&H. I haven't gotten a bill yet for the glide strips and she couldn't tell me, but I'll bet it's about 20.00. , but your not going to get a glide strip for 11.50 from a dealer.

Update: sent email to the XLR rep on the list you gave me and she answered within an hour. I don't know what the S&H will be yet, but I like the immediate response.

I ordered a new breaker box panel for my 2008 Sunseeker, talked to Cathy in service. She did an excellant job. Ordered the part on a Wednesday, it was delivered the following Tuesday to my home in Linsday, Ontaro, canada

I ordered replacement curtains from Kathy Wing and they showed up in about 2 weeks. Very nice lady and easy process.
