pd usage when traveling

I am about to have a Personnel Dialysis device installed. Is their anyone else who does Personnel Dialysis when traveling in their RV? What kind of camp areas do you use? how many boxes of treatment do you start with? This is all new to me until I can get a Kidney transplant. Any info will be extremely help.

I would check with your physician about the supplies. I've never encountered anyone travelling with a personal dialysis unit but have encountered one man who used a peritoneal dialysis setup. Is that what you are attempting?

I would think that any campground with good water and reliable power supply would be OK. An RV or a small apartment, only thing different might be a few square feet of floor space.
