Portable Air Compressors

What are you guys using for a portable air compressor? I've been doing a lot of research, and the ones that look like a cordless drill do not seem powerful enough to inflate a truck tire. Any comments, reviews, opinions? Thank you.

I use this one, smaller ones have a hard time putting PSI in bigger trailer and truck tires

I have two a hand held that goes too 150 psi, 18 volt and one of those round construction types. The hand one I have used on all tires except haven't Tryed on the RV tires yet.

ARB compressors and Viair are top of the line.

I've had the dual head arb in one jeep.
I had an outback engine driven sanden compressor in another, and finally the viair 450 Rv in the motorhome.
The viair is my least favourite of the three... but it was also the cheapest.
It also serves a different function than the first two.

For occasional Rv use... the viair is great!

Thanks you guys. Looks like the Viar and the other one are the way to go. Thanks for the input.

Warning: yesterday I woke up to find a flat tire on rear drivers tire on my 2015 327 ck Wildcat fiver. The 12 V air compressor would not put more the 60 pounds of air in the tire no matter how long we tried. The compressor is very small but the gage did go to 150 pounds. I needed 80 pounds and it would not do it. The man said that he had gotten in at Walmart.

Never buy a box store compressor, the duty cycle on those motors is abysmal. Very happy with my Viair.

I Just bought the ryobi air pump w/ lithium batter. We used our friend's ryobi last week on our camper and it was perfect.

I have a little SENCO single tank 110 unit I carry. It will inflate a truck tire while you have a cold beverage, Life is too short to hurry anyway.
