Positive RV Maintenance Experiences

We have a 2014 FR 2701DS Class C MH. We bought it at a local dealer (Mike Thompson's RV) after looking at a lot of different "C's" at many different dealers.

We tow both a car (Suzuki Grand Vetara) and a 2-horse trailer. The MH never leaves home without something behind it.

We usually (95%) of the time dry camp. And we are usually camping travelling in nearly 4-wheel roads to our camping spot. I am saying primitive dirt roads travelling 5 mph or so, for maybe 5-10 miles to get to camp.

My point being is that we have had absolutely no problems with this MH (NONE) throughout the travels this MH has had to endure.

Just thought, with all the negative comments made on this forum (and they are certainly justified) that we are extremely pleased with our FR/MH and wondering if there are any of you who have also had good experience with a FR product?

While not a class C unit, my Columbus 340RK (new to me unit) has been a pleasure to own. While not perfect, I do not have any complaints. Any issues I have discovered so far have been easy to repair on my own and the overall quality of my 5'r is very nice. Can things be improved, certainly, but I am pleased and happy with our purchase.

Well good experience so far with our Coachmen FE29SE. We are getting ready for our first big trip/long term experience so we will see after a month and several thousand miles.

The dealer that we purchased it from on the other hand has gone above and beyond anything that I expected fixing the minor glitches and helping us sell our HiLo. Hats off to LassoE RV, Anamosa and Amber, Iowa.

We are very happy with our Cedar Creek 5th wheel. There were a few minor issues after the PDI that the dealer took care of while we waited. Very happy with our Forest River product.
