Compose your reply then scroll down to the manage attachments and click it. It brings up a window that allows you to select a file from your computer. Once you have selected files, don't forget to click upload. You can preview your post to verify they were uploaded prior to clicking submit reply.
You can also skip the manage attachments by going up to the paper clip right above where you are typing. Click on that. The upload window will open. Click on search your computer( or where ever you pic are) and up load it. Close that window when done and click the paperclip a 2nd time a window will open and click on your upload.
