Power Jack not working or manual use

My 2022 Forest River power jack will not go up or down and I can get the manual to work either. It was power to it but will click after I hold the button a couple seconds. Also the fuse on the inside isn't blown. Any ideas?

Hi and Welcome to FRF.
Your power tongue jack is not made by Forest River. Forest River Towable divisions use different power tongue jacks, from different manufacturers.
So please provide year, make and model number your trailer that this jack is on.
Also pics of your jack might help identify your jack.

If you can't manually work the tongue jack it's probably got a broken gear inside and something is seized. Just click and no hint the motor is trying to turn?

If you hold the button too long after the jack reaches either end of normal travel it can jam the gears. You can try tapping it with a hammer or using a pipe wrench to try to assist it to start. Once you get it unstuck, try to stop it before it reach either end.
