Propane connections

Had trouble with regulator, lines and connections on propane hook ups on the 5th wheel. Ripped out and purchased new regulator, new propane pigtails. Some are inverted flare fittings and some ar NPT connections. Do I use the yellow tape for gas on these connections or not?

Do not use tape on flare fittings.

Use the 'gas' tape on the threaded fittings, but as Bill said, don't use it on the flare connections.
