Radio came on sitting in my driveway????

I was setting on our front porch yesterday and heard a radio turn on. After a close investigation I realized it was our Sandpiper's radio and the outside speakers were playing some tunes. I opened the camper and the radio was turned on. I turned it off but I'm still wondering how it turned itself on?????? Anybody heard of this before???

Does it have a remote control. Could someone else that lives around you have a remote that could have turned it on.

Maybe it was on a timer or alarm setting?

My Concertone did it one day also...I heard the radio playing and thought what turned it on. I then realized when I was trying to figure out how it worked I had messed with the alarm setting or someting.
