removal/bypass of interrior water filter
over the winter I got to thinking about the in line water filter that is tucked away in my front storage area of my TT. I was thinking what a pain it would be to unscrew and dump out after each use. I even thought about just leaving the canister in and taking the filter out.... but water in the canister left in there over a few summer days = stinky nasty water.
So I decided to do as my friend emptypockets has done and that was to unhook the in line canister. I bought a 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch female thread coupling and walla.... fixed. I gues I could have rigged up some set up to use this filter outside but I just went with the camco external inline filter. Also while in the front I removed one of the wood sheilds by the HW heater making access to the shut offs easier.
It sure pays to think ahead at times.
