Arrow Replace stove and oven with counter and cabinet

I did a little search, not a lot, and found one thread where they were asking about removing the stove/oven to replace with a counter and cabinet though no update on if they actually went through with it.

I have a Prime Time Tracer Air M-250 we love everything about it other than the kitchen counter space because there is none unless you count what is behind the sink and stove.

We have never used our stove because we always cook outside. We do prep inside and do dishes inside wherein the stove just becomes a drying rack.

Also, it would be great if it was done in a way it could be undone.
i.e. just swap out the new countertop for the old one, pull out the cabinet and put back in the stove...

I'm guessing someone has done this in the past
Any idea where I could find some pictures/tips/pros/cons?
