Replacing Skylight-what is the best caulk?

I am going to replace my skylight. What is the best self leveling caulk to use with this project. Also does anyone have any good pointers for me on this project? Thanks in advance for your suggestions or information.

When I replaced my SkyLight, in the instructions, I was told to use butal call in a tube. I guess that plastic requires that over Dicor.

Use Eternabond tape after the caulk sets. With a 10 year warranty you won't regret it.

If it's a rubber roof use Butyl tape and Dicor lap sealant. You'll find how to's on YouTube

You want to use Surebond to seal your skylight - not Dicor

SUREBOND | SB-140 SKYLIGHT & WINDOW BUTYL SEALANT

I used two layers of Butyl tape, same on my windows, seal the under side then the dicor self leveling will be insurance that it want leak, let it set for a few days if you can because the Butyl tape will squeeze out after it has been screwed down. The factory used one layer of Butyl tape it leaves places that's not sealed.
