Roadside Assistance

I originally had Good Sam, but will never use them again. Then I have had Coach Net for the last 3-4 years. It is time to renew and I am also considering FMCA and Safe ride RV. Any recommendations from anybody?

Truth be told, all of the roadside assistance programs use the same basic set of providers and that is who you're truly at the mercy of. You either luck into a great company to come out or an idiot.

I've heard of great stories out of Good Same (myself include) and horror stories. Same with CoachNet (both good and bad).

I haven't heard much about FMCA and never heard of Safe Ride RV.

We signed up for FMCA last year. Just used it a while back while stranded on the side of the road. They were very very helpful on the phone and directed the towing company right to us using GPS Coordinates. They kept us informed every second of the way. I was kind of surprised at how well they did. I have had GS in the past along with AAA and neither of them had a recovery truck to us inside an hour. FMCA did. We had help inside of 40 minutes. We were on 64 in WV around nowhere. No mile mark to be had.
Next thing you know the truck is there. So yes FMCA is a good one IMHO
