Rockwood 2011 2702 TT decal

Is there any input on what to do? The ultralite decal on the rear of my 2011 TT is coming off. I ordered it from RV Direct so I am thinking about calling FR and asking if they will send me a new one?

Do you think that will work?

I would call either your sales guy or the service department at RV Direct first and see how they respond to you since it would be considered a service issue even though it has nothing to do with function of the trailer and only cosmetics.

you could try and call the factory but not sure how they would respond

If you and when you remove the decal - get a 3M eraser wheel you will be glad you spent the $30 or so on it and will make the sticker removal very easy. I know Napa sells them cause thats where I bought it a few years ago to debadge my Dodge.

if you go on you tube there are many videos on this.

Also a hair dryer will soften decal's & or striping to where they will come off. I have never used the 3M eraser wheel Shedep mentioned but do know 3M makes very good products. The only caution I have don't use any type of a scraper. I found out the hard way that fiberglass mare very easily. " Notice I didn't say ask me how I KNOW":

Congrats on the 56 years - dont see that much these days.

I didnt say scraper either cause I used a scraper to get a huge sticker off of my tailgate (long before I found the eraser wheel) and lets just say I have scratches in the clear coat of the tailgate so I could just imagine what it would do to the fiberglass coating

I was able to get most of the scratches out with a High speed orbital buffer though
