rockwood 2613bs

i have the above caravan running on city water, my problem is there anyway to quiet the noise down of the water coming into the caravan via the city water connection.or is it just a case of filling up my tanks then running on what water i have in them plse help .

Welcome from New Jersey, Do you have a regulator on the inlet connection? You may have too much pressure.

that i do Chris ,takes whatever the pressure coming out of the campground water hose and reduces/regulates it to 40-50 psi or do i need to get a better stronger regulator.the other weird thing do you leave your fresh water drain valve open whist running on city water?if i leave my drain valve open there is always a bit of water coming out of that drain even though im not filling up my fresh water tank at all.many thanks for your help in this.

prob sorted guys,just got off the phone with the rockwood agent here in new zealand ,it was the little silver tap in the shower i had it turned upwards it should of been turned downwards newbie mistake .
