Roof defects

I have a 2016 Coachmen Freedom Express. I noticed that the roof was bubbled and the roof seams were raised and appear separated under rubber roof shortly after buying it. Notified dealer and Coachmen said just appearance and no issue. NOW the front caulk has separated from seam and it appears water has gotten into front of trailer causing it to delaminate. Checked roof prior to camping season and it was good. My question is has anyone else had this issue with a new camper?
