Rotten floor 2017 Forest River stealth

Unsealed wheel wells on 2017 Stealh toy hauler have caused pine floor joists and strand board underlayment to fail on passenger side. I have 24 plus hours in repairing floor in said areas. During reconstruction I found only a 5” section of the plastic wells had been sealed with silicon. No sealant was found in the main wheel well area! Reconstruction also included seal with proflex RV at joint on frame to plastic well covered by 4” black eternabond tape with Herculiner bed liner over.
Basic protocol was not completed at factory and as a result “not happy “ with lack of quality control!
