RV Parks in Little Rock, Arkansas
Our son and family are moving from Minnesota to Little Rock, Arkansas this summer. We looking for some suggestions for an RV Park that we could stay at and also some suggestions on where we can store our 34’ fifth wheel. We are thinking that instead of storing ours in Minnesota and heading out in the winter at below “0” from there we would drive to Little Rock visit the kids and head out from there for the rest of the winter. We usually travel 3-5 months a year during the winter.
Thanks for the help.

TravelerII,
We have a few RV Parks around Little Rock. Are you retired Military by any chance? The Air Force base has a nice Fam-Camp. Also we have a KOA in North Little Rock and a COE Park on the Arkansas River. Also N Little Rock has a city RV park right off the freeway that looks nice.

Have you looked at campgroundreviews.com? It's usually our first stop when researching a trip and places to stay. I appreciate the reviews from fellow RVrs. Have saved us from a few mistakes in the past.

Yes, we have looked at the Reviews plus we have check Woodals, but was looking for some insight from members in the area.
We are not retired military, so that's out for us. The best bet looks like the Little Rock KOA. Now I just need to find a place to store our rig from September until January.
Thanks for the help.

Unless they have made changes, the COE park on the river only has water and electric. But go online and find out for sure. You should not have any problem finding RV storage around little rock. Some of the dealers offer monthly storage and I think some of teh mini storage sites have spots for RVs.

at maumelle the sites are mostly 50 amp with water and many places to dump tanks
you can dump grey water on the ground there and they even let you wash your rig
we stay a week at a time and take the blue honey pot for those times we need to dump the poooper
the park is wonderfully clean, and the sires along river bank are very nice
if your disabled you can reserve online and get the sites at 1/2 price
golden age pass or disabled vet

We're on our way home from Floridia to Minnesota, but I think we will head to Little Rock and check it out.
