RVlock customer service treated me great. My unit was about 4 years old and started having some problems. Contacted customer service via email and they recommended changing a printed circuit board. I bought the board and it did not fix. Contacted them again recommended a another printed circuit board. they the said to call when near. I decided to just ship to them and repair and I would pay for the repairs.

Got a email saying the unit was repaired and they had refunded me the cost of the circuit boards. When it arrived it was a brand new unit.

Can you still use the key when the electric part does not work?

You can use the remote, the keypad, or a key. I've had mine for several years and consider it a most successful upgrade.

I should have waited. I brought my new RV lock a few weeks ago but got 15% off from a Facebook ad.

I haven't put it on yet but I'm sure I'll be happy with it.
