The safe in my 5'ver is really good...

I got two keys to that safe four years ago when I bought the trailer brand new...

Still looking for that safe...haven't found it yet!

I have one of these:

It's called a "Gun Vault Mini" but I use it for cash, important papers, etc.

The other "item" i secure where it belongs, on my belt.

This "Safe" is small enough to fit in one of my bedside drawers and to make sure it doesn't grow legs I use the security cable that the company also sells. The cable is too hard to cut with regular diagonal cutters and i secure the other end around the bolted down frame of my jackknife couch.

It's more than large enough for Passports, Wallets, important documents, and jewelry, all at the same time.

look at Tuffy Security Products. They have a number of lock boxes....not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I tele-work a good bit and the office provided me with a safe. I just need to figure out where I want to mount it. Safe was to secure the office laptop and perhaps another office owned item (and it also requires a lot of paperwork at the Canadian border going in - been there done that before, even when working a case with the RCMP, not so much coming back to USA though).

I'm still working 15-20hr a week remotely. They did not want to let 42 years of experience walk out the door totally. It keeps gas in the truck and buys me upgrades for the trailer!
