Saving Leather Recliner??

Over the years, my favorite recliner has developed a worn spot where my head normally rests...see picture... I want to try to restore the color of the area but everything I have tried just rubbed of on either my hat or the back of my head... any ideas on what to use to restor similiar or matching color to this worn area that won't end up on either my hat or my head??

Go to your favorite auto parts store and ask to see their selection of sem products the that line of products works very well on leather it is actually aide that will soak into the leather the key to it is getting it clean soap and water then an alcohol wipe good luck

If that's real leather, it can be re-dyed wholly or in part. I found leather dyes online and re-dyed an entire sofa, loveseat and recliner, I just can't remember the vendor. Google will be your friend.
