Sewer Smell and water in camper

When arriving at a campground or back home from a trip, my 2020 E-Pro has sewer smelling water on the floor. Before departing, the black and grey water tanks were emptied and the toilet was empty and I put a large sponge in it and it was not full of water. What might be causing this?

What kind of toilet does it have? I don't know if they still put in the Dometic 300. If so, do a search on the issues of the sides holding urine. Maybe it got sloshed out.
